Accumulate SBI on every dip

Accumulate SBI on every dip

For banks there are a couple of challenges as we all know. The asset quality issues are not getting away sooner. Credit growth is also a challenge and margin pressure is also a challenge. Having said all that, given what the market structure is looking from a medium to longer term perspective, just keeping faith on government and RBI, both who are trying their level best to bring growth and capital expenditure (Capex) back, bank, especially something like State Bank of India  (SBI) remain good accumulation stock, good stocks to accumulate on every dip."

"I am sure the results are not going to be that great and exciting because in medium to long term after three four quarters, once the growth starts, then your credit growth will also start and your asset quality healing will also happen. So this is a sector, these are typically three or four stocks where we are keeping our faith on and would strongly recommend to accumulate."
